Point Commissions {OPEN - 5 slots}

This is my first time doing commissions with slots and all so let me know if I'm doing something wrong;;;;  
So I'm taking down the commissions widget from my page because it takes away too many points.

{Pencil Drawing Prices}
All my pencil drawings are shaded and have a color gradient, like in this drawing:

Headshot - 10
Waist-up - 20
Full-Body - 40
Sketch page (in which I fill a page of my sketchbook with drawings of whatever you want): 100 points
Extra characters: 5 points each

{Digital Drawing Prices}
My digital drawings are all fully shaded and will have a simple pattern or color for a background, unless otherwise specified. Example:

Headshot - 20
Waist-up: 60
Full-body: 100
Extra characters: 5 each
Detailed background: 15

{Forms}
If you want to commission me, please NOTE me with the following information:
+References (required)
+Commission type (required)
+What kind of mood/theme (victorian, futuristic, happy, sad, etc., optional)
+Additional info about the character's personality (optional)
